About Victor:

With more than two decades of experience, Victor has developed a keen interest and focus in handling contentious and complex commercial litigation at all levels of the Malaysian courts. He regularly manages sophisticated company law disputes, particularly complex shareholder disagreements, corporate governance issues, and allegations of fraud or mismanagement. He also advises financial institutions in contentious high-stakes banking litigation, particularly in defending against negligence claims and complex securities enforcement matters.

In addition to corporate and banking matters, Victor has built an impressive track record representing clients in corporate insolvency proceedings, construction disputes and statutory adjudications. he has also represented housing developers in disputes involving the Housing Tribunal and judicial review proceedings.
