About Mark:
Mark worked as a paralegal in Tang & Partners prior to be admitted and enrolled as an Advocate of the High Court of Sabah & Sarawak. Mark is known for his attention to detail, patiently listens to his clients and delivers legal solutions while ensuring each transaction is handled with care and completed in a timely manner. Mark’s experience includes inter alia, guiding bank officers, corporate bodies, housing developers and private individuals through corporate and commercial transactions such as corporate financing arrangements, development agreements, share sale transactions and contract financing. Mark is well versed in his area of practice and often provides clear and practical legal advice to his clients.
Notably, Mark contributed in drawing up Laboratory Analysis Agreements for the Environmental Quality Monitoring Program in Malaysia which tests and monitors air & water quality throughout Malaysia. Mark also contributed in a Korean Knowledge Sharing Program pertaining to the study of key energy regulations & policies in Sarawak, in an effort to develop a robust regulatory framework for the safe production, storage, transportation and use of hydrogen in Sarawak.
