Frank co-founded Tang & Partners in 1983 alongside Mr. Allen Sim, who has since retired from legal practice to pursue business interests. He has over 44 years of distinguished legal practice, with a special interest in complex litigation, construction arbitration, mediation, and corporate advisory work. Known for his meticulous attention to detail, incisive analysis strategic legal insight, and advocacy, Frank is well sought after to handle complex litigation, arbitration, and mediation, and provide comprehensive corporate advisory services.
He has successfully represented clients in high-stakes disputes at every level of the Malaysian judiciary, including landmark decisions at the Federal Court. Frank’s extensive expertise includes advising on intricate corporate transactions, banking and finance documentation, construction agreements, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and investment arrangements.
A respected mediator and advocate, Frank has a proven record in resolving challenging disputes involving construction and infrastructure projects, commercial agreements, and financial transactions.
